This Week is the Great Kindness Challenge https://thegreatkindnesschallenge.com/ Also This Week: Honors Assembly on Friday February 1st during 1st, 2nd & 3rd period. Students with a first semester GPA of 3.0 or higher, were Reclassified English Proficient, or have perfect attendance will be recognized at this assembly. Parents have been mailed invitation letters with more information. MAP - How Did CMS Students Perform? There was a lot of positive responses heard on campus about the MAP. Many students were recognized Friday for improving their RIT scores in Math and English. In addition to looking at each class' summary report, CMS Admin is looking at our school’s overall performance and using the results to formulate a Theory of Action to implement for the 2018 2019 school year. Student Achievement - Winter MAP Results Great job, Crystal Staff completing the Winter MAP!! Students' confidential performance results for the Winter MAP are located  HERE . Each file, named for the 4th period proctor, is an  Achievement Status and Growth Report . It shows three pictures of growth: projections so you can set student growth goals, summary comparison of two terms so you can evaluate efforts, and a quadrant chart so you can visualize growth comparisons.  Department Meetings - Tuesday Use the  Achievement Status and Growth Report  to identify the students each grade level will recognize for making growth. Remember that MAP Growth Celebration Day with special bell schedule is this Friday, January 25th.
