CAASPP/CAST Testing FINAL WEEK!!!
We are in the final stretch of testing! Please check the CAASPP Teacher Dashboard for any information you need to administer the CAASPP Math PT (6th through 8th) 
and CAST (8th grade only). 

We will be on block scheduling on Monday and Tuesday ONLY to complete the Math Performance Task. Regular schedule will resume on Wednesday. Please be cognizant of the Math and Science classes finishing up their testing this week! 

 REMINDER: Please have students turn their phones completely off and place in their backpacks. NO electronic devices can be used during the testing session, EVEN Chromebooks.
Please let the admin team know if you have any testing questions!
Click HERE to view our completion percentage (goal is 95%) and the updated list of students who need to complete a CAASPP test. Please administer these make-ups during your classes, if possible. Mrs. Guernsey will be running make-up testing on Tuesday and Friday this week! 

Copying/Printing

The printer/copy machine in the front office is only for the office staff and the Admin Team.  Please use the copy machines by the staff mailbox and the copy machines behind the library.  We appreciate your understanding.

Chromebook Collection

Chromebooks' LAST DAY in the classroom will be 5/24/18

REMINDER

We are all obligated to provide supervision of students in the form of Duty Assignments. Make sure you hand off your duty if for some reason you can not do it. As a reminder, we will include in the Daily Bulletin who is on duty for each day.

Department Chair Meeting Rather than pull Department Chairs in to a meeting to look at our data, all Department Chairs will receive a binder/packet with our school's data to review, reflect and share with their respective department members. All data tells a story, and ours does too. Please see your Department Chair to find out more. Please note, our Faculty Meeting for January is on Tuesday, January 30th. Upcoming TEAM Workshop on LGBT/SSOGIE on Wednesday at 3:30 in the Grange Library.  T.E.A.M. workshops are designed to bring caregivers, families and staff together as we support students throughout the school year. Meetings are once a month and qualify for salary credit or buyback hours for those that attend. For staff, meetings run from 3:30 to 5pm. A second session for families/caregivers will be on the same dates from 6 to 8pm. Wednesday is the End of the Semester The aeries grading window is open!   It closes next  Thursday, 12/21/17, at 3pm.
