Chromebook Repairs

If you have Chromebooks in your classroom and one is in need of repair, please submit an FMX Ticket to request the repair.

You can access the FMX Ticket system here or by going to the FSUSD website -> Staff -> FMX Technology on the Staff Portal.

In addition, please attach this ticket to the outside of the Chromebook so that TSS can easily identify where the Chromebook should be returned after the repair is complete.

Next month we have both MAP and the District Writing Assessment and will need every device available for students.

Attendance

If a student is absent, please mark them absent. In addition, If a teacher realizes a student entered the room after their name was called during roll, please mark them Tardy, not absent.

*The only way the office staff will know that student is not absent, is if that student came through the office and received a pass. If that is the case, the office staff will change student attendance.

If a student is present, please mark them present. In addition, If a student leaves class early do not change their attendance. Please notify campus monitor/ staff member.

If a student is tardy, please mark them tardy - On the rare occasions when a student is greater than 30 min. tardy to class and student did not come through the office to get a pass, please write down the name of that student, but still mark them tardy (T).

Please take roll everyday and accurately.
