* Our annual Penny Wars Grade Competition will begin this week and end March 13th. The grade with the most money raised will receive a class reward. Pennies and dollars collected for each grade will count as points. Students can also sabotage other grades by putting nickels, dimes, and quarters in their jar, which takes away points.

* The College & Career Club will be visiting UC Davis this Friday for a tour of the University. Students, our CCT and chaperones will leave at 9:15 and return at 1pm. More information about upcoming events happening with the College and Career Club can be found at CMS 19-20>General Student Info & Flyers.

* FSUSD's next Student Advisory Council meeting of the year will be held on Wednesday, March 18th from 3:30-4:30 at Crystal Middle in our Library. This is open to all students and is their opportunity to address any concerns students may have on our campus and help take ACTION!

* Sacramento State University is offering a free college preparatory event on 3/21 with a variety of workshops, interactive sessions, and fun activities. The event will run from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. More info or to register online at www.csus.edu/cmih.
