All students are required to accept Chromebooks issued by CMS.The benefits of a tool like this can only be achieved if all students use the tool. This uniformity also allows all of our students to be on equal educational footing regardless of their financial means. CMS believes preparing students to succeed in the 21st century and competing with students around the world requires digitally literate students with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills who are connected with the world around them. CMS 1:1 initiative will allow students to develop skills in the classroom and practice those skills in the home. Students will be able to take their Chromebook home, which strengthens the school/home connection.
***"Charged Chromebook from Home" has been added as a positive behavior to assign points in PBIS Rewards...

Your attendance as a staff member is hugely important to our mission as a school, and good attendance is the mark of a professional. Below is a snapshot of our staff's monthly attendance rate from August to date, compared to GMS and GVMS.
Let's do it for our students and make sure we don't lose another month to both middle schools!!
